Renewable Document Report

The Renewable Documents module allows Admin Users to keep track of their employees' important documents that need to be kept up to date for compliance (you can learn all about this module here). You can run a report to see who has specific renewable documents in place and when these documents expire, as well as see who doesn't have certain renewable documents logged in their employee record. You can run these reports by going to Reports and selecting the 'Renewable Documents' option under the Employee Records section.

To run a report to see which of your employees have a specific renewable document recorded in their employee profile, simply fill out the filter criteria for who you are assessing and any other additional filters. Then, select the document under the 'Renewable Type' dropdown menu.

You can also run a report to see which of your employees does NOT have a specific renewable in their records. To do this, select the checkbox to 'Only include employees WITHOUT this document'.

You can obtain a PDF of these results by selecting the 'Print' icon or selecting the option for a CSV in the arrow next to that icon. Additionally, you can also download attachments of the renewable documents for these employees by selecting the 'Download Attachments' option.
