Recruitment Analytics
HR Partner has a number of options if you'd like to track Recruitment analytics. Tracking analytics is easy to do if you want more detail on your recruiting, such as the times of day visitors arrive, how long they spend on the board, etc.
To access this, go to Recruitment > Configure > Job Board page and scroll towards the bottom, you have the option to select some job board analytics.

We included this analytics option so that if our customers want to use their own analytics to track how many people visit their job board, or where they come from, etc., they can plug in their own analytics tracking code for any of the providers listed on this page (you will need to have an account with one of these analytics providers before connecting your job board):
For example, if you use Google Analytics (GA), and when you set up a GA account, they should give you a tracking code, which looks something like GA-123456 . If you embed the GA script on our page with this code, then Google quietly collects all the information on visitors, the browsers they used, their locations, etc., in the background for reporting purposes.
We offer the same sort of analytics using other analytical tools like Fathom or Plausible, etc., as all of these providers work in the same way, in that you have to embed a script with a unique code. Depending on the analytics tool you select here, we embed the appropriate script onto your job board, and embed the tracking code that you enter here (after you choose your provider). This basically hands off any activity tracking to your analytics provider, and you can run all sorts of reports on job board visits themselves.
