Checklist Report

Checklists are a powerful tool in HR Partner because they bring together different features (i.e. eSignatures, Company Library Docs, or Custom Forms) to streamline HR processes. This report allows you to track and assess who has completed or is still working on an assigned Checklist.

Below are the Checklist Report parameters past the main employee category filters.

Checklist Template Name This is where you can select the specific Checklist Template you'd like to narrow your results by.
Checklist Status This allows you to filter for assigned Checklist templates in specific stages (i.e. completed, new, incomplete, and archived)
Checklist Assigned Date From and To These are the starting and ending Checklist assigned dates to print for.
Checklist Completed Date From and To These are the starting and ending Checklist completion dates to print for.
Show Checklist Items

Tick this on if you'd like to see the specific Checklist Items in the results of your report. For example, if this is ticked off for a printed PDF, it can look like this:
