Reporting Charts

In HR Partner's Reports feature, we also have a couple of pre-built charts. HR teams can apply employee category and date parameters and can then analyze their data in the form of charts.

Turnover Chart

One method to assess your company’s employee retention strategy is to observe your employee turnover rates and the reasons employees leave. The Turnover Chart (in the 'Employee Records' section in Reports) tracks your company’s turnover rates and trends of termination reasons. You can add filters by department, teams, locations, and dates. With this information, you can assess whether your company needs to pivot your employee retention strategy or give shoutouts to your company leaders for their success in keeping their employees loyal and happy.

Absence Analysis Chart

The Absence Analysis Chart can be found under the 'Time Tracking & Leave' section in Reports. This chart examines the total logged absences over a given period of time. You can add filters by department, location, employment status, and absence leave type. Once you apply the filters for the data you want to analyze in the chart, you can see a list of the employees who are on leave, the leave type taken, date ranges, and the amount of time away.

You can save these two charts as PNG image files by selecting the 'Save Chart' icon once you've entered the parameter filters for your chart.
