Your Free Trial - Sample Data

If you and your team are currently deciding which HRIS is right for you, we encourage you to start a free trial of HR Partner! The trial lasts for two full weeks and is a great opportunity for you to get a feel for how our platform could streamline your HR processes.

The great news is that if you decide to press ahead with HR Partner, your trial becomes your paid account. With this in mind, many prospective customers decide to use the two week trial to input their data so that the system can be launched as soon as they subscribe. You do of course have the option to enter mock data if you prefer.

If mock data is your preference, you can either enter this yourself or make use of some sample employee data which is ready for you to import by heading to Employees > All Employees and selecting "Import Sample Data" as highlighted below. This should help you test the system thoroughly without using up too much of your valuable time thinking up Joe Bloggs' employment history!

If you have used the wizard to import our sample data, you can run a short housekeeping routine as soon as you are finished testing. This will ensure the sample data is deleted and you have a clean system ready for your real data in your live environment!

To run this housekeeping routine you need to head to Setup > Tools > Advanced > Remove Sample Data > Run Now
