Time to Hire Report

HR Partner's Time to Hire Report captures how long the hiring process took from start to finish—specifically, from when an Admin User posts the job until they hire one of the stellar applicants from that job posting. You can access this report on our Reports page, under the Recruitment section on the right-hand side.

Once you click on the 'Time to Hire' Report, you will see these parameter options:

Job Listings

This is where you can select which Job Listing you'd like to narrow your results by (active and inactive jobs will be listed).

Job Listed Date From and To

These are the starting and ending Job Listing dates to print for

For example, you want to see all hire results from jobs listed from January 1, 2024, to January 1, 2025.

Application Date From and To

These are the starting and ending Application Dates for printing.

For example, you want to see all hire results from applications submitted from January 1, 2024, to January 1, 2025.
