Using Ada to Build a Form

Our AI tool -known as Ada- can whip up a form for you in a matter of minutes, freeing up your valuable time for other tasks!

Where can I find Ada?

Ada is available in each of the Form Builders within HR Partner:

(1) Recruitment

Head to Recruitment > Configure > Forms select "+ Add New Form" and then hit the "Generate with Ada" button on the top right of the page that opens up:

(2) Forms

Head to Froms > Configure > Company Forms select "+ Add New Template" and you will see the option to "Generate with Ada" and another option to "Let Ada Build It For You", both of which will open up the Ada tool:

(3) Performance

Head to Performance > Configure > Review Forms select "+Add New Form" and you will see the option to "Generate with Ada" and another option to "Let Ada Build It For You", both of which will open up the Ada tool:

How do I use Ada?

Clicking on any of the Ada links will open up a pop up window, which allows you to type instruction or describe the form you need:

Once you have entered a prompt and hit the "Ask Ada" button, you will see that Ada starts generating a form for you, which takes a minute or so. When this is done, you will be given a summary and you have the option to either "Use these Fields" or "Try a different prompt":

While "Try a different prompt" will take you back to the initial pop up window, hitting "Use these Fields" will automatically open up the form editor containing all of the fields Ada has built for you! This form will be ready to use, although you can click into a field to edit or remove it if you wish:

Top Tip: If you have a form you are using outside of HR Partner, why not try coping the text and pasting directly into the Ada prompt box. Ada will use your prompt to build a replica within HR Partner for you within a minute. You'll be able to tweak the form if you wish, or jump right in and start assiging it to your team!

Please be aware that we do no typically advise copying text from an external source directly into HR Partner; Ada is a very clever exception to the rule!
