Using the Company Calendar
Head over to the Calendar option in your Admin User Portal and you will see the Company Calendar, which was designed to be an all-in-one place for Admin Users to be able to see and track any events that may be upcoming within your organization.
The events listed are color coded and show everything Work Anniversaries to approved Time Off Requests for any Leave Type.
Filtering Events in the Calendar
At the very top of the page, you will notice that you have the option to Filter your view so that you can see events from specific Departments or Locations. You can also choose to Filter certain event types as well. To do this, just click on the colored circle to the left of the Event Type and that will de-select that Event Type and click Apply Filter to remove it from your Calendar View. Once the colored circle is grayed out, that Event Type will no longer be shown on the calendar. Clicking the Reset Filter button will put everything back on the Calendar and reset your view so that everything is shown for you.
Feel free to filter out multiple things at once to show only certain Departments and Events, so that you can simplify your view and only see the things that matter to you. The more Employees and events, the more crowded this view might get, so the Filter option makes it very easy to keep things simple!
