Adding Extended Gender Identities
The HR Partner system allows your organization to add additional gender options in just a few easy steps!
To turn this feature on, first go to Setup > Company Info and scroll down to 'check' the box called "Enable Extended Gender Identities" as shown below:
Scroll down to the bottom and Save.
From here, you can go to Setup > Configure > Categories and scroll to the section for Gender and you can add as many Gender Types as you require.
Some of our customers just set up one extra Identity such as "Non Binary" or "Not Specified" which you can use if you prefer not to allocate gender identities for any of your Employees.
