Welcome to our AppSumo customers!  Thank you for purchasing our limited offer Life Time Deal (LTD).  Please find instructions on how to redeem your LTD on our system below.

When you purchase the LTD from AppSumo, you will be given one or more Access Codes.  Each access code gives you access to HR Partner for up to 20 employees*.  You can purchase as many access codes as you require, depending on the number of employees in your company.  For example:

• If you have 15 employees, you only need to purchase 1 Access Code
• If you have 28 employees, you need to purchase 2 Access Codes (giving you capacity up to 40 employees)
• If you have 83 employees, you need to purchase 5 Access Codes (giving you up to 100 employees)
• ... and so forth

You can 'stack' these codes in HR Partner as needed.  For instance, you can start with 2 Access Codes initially, to manage up to 40 employees, but as your company grows, you can add extra Access Codes to increase the capacity in HR Partner by up to 20 employees at a time.

* - We only count Active employees in HR Partner, not terminated ones, so you can have 17 active employees, and 22 terminated ones and still only need one Access Code to manage them all.

Redeeming Access Codes

When you purchase the LTD from AppSumo, you will be given a special link from AppSumo once your payment is processed.  This link will take you directly to our sign up page which will have been customized for you.  Your Access Code should already be pre-filled in for you, so all you need to do is to fill in the other information on the screen:

Please Note: If you have purchased multiple Access Codes, only the first code will be pre filled for you.  But not to worry, you can manually add the extra codes in the Access Codes field, separated by commas:

Redeeming Access Codes Later

If you purchased a single code just to check out our system, and then decide to purchase some more Access Codes later to expand your capacity (and we hope you do!), then don't sweat it - we can handle this for you as well.  This also applies if you purchased multiple codes initially, but only redeemed one during sign up.  You can still add the extra codes later.

If you go to Setup -> Redeem -> Access Code from the left hand menu:

You will be presented with the following screen:

Simply enter your Access Code(s) here.  If you have more than one, you can enter them in separated by commas.  Other wise, you can just do them one at a time.

This screen will also show you the existing codes that you have entered in the past for auditing purposes.
