Employee Performance Reviews

To set up employee reviews, start by going to Employees > All Employees and find the Employee that you wish to review.

After you've clicked on the employee profile, head over to the Performance Reviews module on the left side. Next you'll be able to add a new review by clicking on the green button called Add Performance Review which will open up a separate window.

In this window, you can select Review Type, add a description of the review and any other relevant information that you want to preserve in this entry.

Scroll down and you can upload any files that are necessary and you can set a reminder.

Setting a reminder can be a simple and helpful way to ensure that you (or another Admin User) is reminded via email notification that they need to complete the Performance Review or start a new one when the time comes.
